Join us in San Antonio, Texas on June 4th as several leading CIM practitioners and IEC CIM Working Group members cover the basic concepts of the CIM. Using the newly published EPRI CIM Primer, the course will cover what the CIM is, how it can be used to solve utility problems and the foundational architecture it is based on. Unified Modeling Language (UML) will be overviewed and a “how to” example will be given, starting at the semantic model level through profiles and down to actual interface implementation.
Course is part of the 2012 EPRI Power Quality and Smart Distribution Conference and Exhibition. Hardcopy of the EPRI CIM Primer and lunch are included.
Regular registration fee is $400, reduced fee for UCA members is $150.
