Hotel info

You should expect a block room rate of 950 Sweden Kronors (SEK) per night. That amount is around 101 Euros or US $158, depending on the exchange rates. You can check current rates here.

Transportation
Travel to Västerås is made via Stockholm Arlanda airport. Travel by car or buss from Arlanda to Västerås is 1,5 hour (90 minutes). There are many speed cameras on the way.
A taxi is expensive, about 1400 SEK one way. The bus is 200 SEK one way and is the best option if the wait time is not too long. For the schedule have a look here.
Going by train is possible, but takes a lot of time as you first must travel to the Stockholm city center and then change trains to Västerås.
