The web part shown on this page allows site members to send messages to any group that has been defined for the site.
For the Genval meeting, the drop-down selections will show two groups - Genval Attendees and Genval Tutorial Attendees.
This is a one-way "Send" function - messages are sent to the email addresses associated with the Profile of each user. URLs included in the message are converted to hyperlinks; however file attachments are not supported.
After the message is sent, the web part displays a message showing how many email addresses were included.
